I observed Jeremy co-mediate a civil law dispute at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, for a matter that had been listed for trial. The participants had agreed to mediate to see if a solution could be achieved without a trial.
Jeremy patiently explained the mediation process to the participants. Throughout the mediation he continually worked effectively with his co-mediator. In particular, he demonstrated well-timed summarizing skills and the ability to unpack the issues. I felt the participants were at all times in a safe pair of hands.
