Fees

Fees for Online Mediation

Fees are based on the amount of money being disputed. Normally the participants will share the cost of the mediation.

Fees are fully payable in advance of the mediation. The fee schedule below shows the cost per participant assuming an equal share basis.

An advance registration fee of £50 will be charged for correspondence prior to the agreement to mediate.

This will then be deducted from the mediation invoice.

Additional charges may be made for advance review of documentation.

Fees for In-Person Mediation

Fees are based on the amount of money being disputed.

Please be in touch for the schedule of offline fees.

Normally the participants will share the cost of the mediation.

Fees are fully payable in advance of the mediation.

Additional charges will be made for:

Mediators' travel and accomodation
Facilities' hire

Claim Time Allocation Fees

Under £500 90 Mins £75 total
£500 to £1,499 2 hours £150 each

£1,500 to £9,999 3 hours £350 each

£10,000 to £24,999 4 hours £800 each

£25,000 to £100,000 6 hours £1,500 each

Additional hours as may be requested in the mediation £200

Fees for Family Mediation

Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) £120

Mediation rate per person per hour £120

Legal Aid: If you feel that you might be entitled to Legal Aid assistance, for example you are receiving Universal Credit, please let me know as soon as possible. I will be happy to mediate in conjunction with colleagues who are registered Legal Aid providers.
